We start by listening. What brought you in, what you’ve liked or disliked about previous dental experiences, what you want different.

Your exam with Dr. Younesi
Dr. Younesi examines you first: every tooth, the soft tissue, your bite and jaw joints, and an oral cancer screening, with the X-rays your exam calls for, taken at the lowest exposure that still gives an accurate diagnosis.

Your hygiene visit
After your exam, you see our hygienist. Because the doctor has already examined you, your cleaning is planned around what she found.

An honest plan
A written treatment plan with priorities, options, timelines, and cost estimates. No pressure, no upsell.

Your recall schedule
Most patients return every three to four months, and we do not recommend going longer than six months between cleanings. We set your interval based on your gum health and risk.
