Dental Implants

A permanent, biocompatible replacement for missing teeth that looks, feels, and functions like the original.

About this service

Dental implants are the most predictable long-term solution for tooth loss available in modern dentistry. A small, biocompatible titanium post is placed into the jawbone where your natural tooth root used to be. Once it integrates, we restore it with a custom-shaded ceramic crown indistinguishable from your other teeth. Implants protect adjacent teeth from drift, preserve the bone underneath, and restore full bite force.

Dental Implants is one of the restorative services we provide at our Corona Del Mar dental practice. Patients travel from Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Costa Mesa, Balboa Island, and Irvine because Dr. Younesi takes the time to listen, evaluate, and explain every option before treatment begins. What to expect

  1. 1

    3D Imaging & Treatment Plan

A cone-beam CT scan maps your bone, sinuses, and nerves so the implant is placed with millimeter precision.

  2. 2

    Implant Placement

The titanium post is placed under local anesthesia. Most patients return to work the next day.

  3. 3

    Healing & Integration

Over three to four months, your bone fuses to the implant surface, a process called osseointegration.

  4. 4

    Custom Crown Restoration

Once integrated, we attach a precision-milled ceramic crown shaded to match your other teeth.

Implants FAQs

Common questions about implants.

Don’t see your question? Call us at (949) 409-9895 and we will get you a clear answer.

How long does the implant process take?
From placement to final crown, most cases run three to six months. Longer if grafting or sinus lift is needed; shorter for some immediate-load cases.
Does getting an implant hurt?
The procedure itself is performed under local anesthesia and is comparable in discomfort to an extraction. Most patients describe post-op soreness on par with a deep cleaning.
How much do dental implants cost in Corona Del Mar?
Implant pricing varies by case complexity, grafting needs, and crown material. We provide an itemized estimate after your consultation and 3D scan.
