About this service
Inlays and onlays, sometimes called partial crowns, are precision-milled ceramic restorations bonded into a tooth to repair damage too large for a filling but not extensive enough to justify a full crown. They preserve more natural tooth structure than a crown, restore strength, and finish with a virtually invisible margin.

What to expect

Removal of Decay
We remove only the damaged tooth structure, preserving as much healthy enamel and dentin as possible.

Digital Impression
A 3D scan captures the prepared tooth and is sent to our laboratory for milling.

Bonded Placement
At the second visit, the inlay or onlay is bonded into the tooth and polished flush to your natural occlusion.
